Vintage Bell’s Scotch Whisky Porcelain Decanter c1970s

This vintage Bells Scotch whisky decanter by Wade features a bell form in beige, brown and gold, c1970s Scotland. Produced for Bell’s Old Scotch Whisky, it was made by Wade Ceramics as a collectible presentation bottle for Arthur Bell & Sons.

Shaped in the brand’s signature bell form, the decanter has a warm beige body, rich brown glazed top and gold‑toned base, with the original printed labels still present. It captures the charm of mid‑20th‑century breweriana and the long tradition of ceramic whisky decanters in the UK.

Although now empty, the decanter remains an excellent display piece for barware collectors, whisky enthusiasts or lovers of vintage advertising ceramics. The gold edging shows some expected age‑related flaking, and the labels have the patina of a 50‑year‑old item, but overall the piece presents well and retains strong visual appeal.
