These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Cove Bay Vintage, operated by Roy Gullan, 4 Cove Walk, Aberdeen, AB12 3DY.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Quotations are valid for 7 days unless withdrawn earlier.

5. Price & Payment

Prices are listed on the website and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at checkout via debit or credit card.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and may vary by location.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within Mainland UK, Highlands, and Northern Ireland typically takes 2–3 business days.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
All parcels are sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail.
US tariffs are included in the shipping price and paid directly to Royal Mail.
We are not liable for postal delays, courier disruptions, or customs processing times.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or fees.
If delivery fails due to customer error, we may charge for redelivery or storage.
Goods become your responsibility upon delivery.

7. Risk & Title

Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
If payment is overdue or insolvency occurs, we may cancel delivery and request return of goods.

8. Cancellation & Returns

Vintage Items

Vintage items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return due to faults or change of mind.
We provide detailed descriptions and photographs to ensure transparency.

Handmade or New Items

Handmade or new items (e.g. arts & crafts) may be eligible for return under standard consumer rights.

Cancellations

You may withdraw your order before the contract is formed.
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of payment.
If the order has already been processed, cancellation is not guaranteed.
