📦 Shipping Policy – Cove Bay Vintage

At Cove Bay Vintage, every item is packed and shipped with care. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, and every parcel is sent tracked and signed for whenever possible.

🕒 Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Mainland UK, Highlands, and Northern Ireland orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Exceptions: We do not ship to PO boxes.

International delivery times vary by destination. For US orders, tariffs are included in the shipping price and paid directly to Royal Mail at the time of dispatch.

Cove Bay Vintage is not liable for postal delays, courier disruptions, or customs processing times.

All items are shipped tracked and signed for where available.
Tracking details will be provided once your item has shipped.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days with photographic evidence so we can file a claim and resolve the issue quickly.

🌍 Customs & Duties

For international orders, any additional customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

We pack every item as carefully as possible, using recycled boxes and materials whenever we can.
All vintage items are sold as-is. Please review photos and descriptions carefully — we aim to show all aspects of each item, including any flaws.
Measurements are included in listings to help clarify size, as photos alone may not be accurate.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
